hbh Member Registered: 06/02/99 Posts: 1869 Loc: Kaarst	You all will remember the sad day, when the OASIS Awards festival was cancelled by Bill Paddock. I was curious, if Bill would revive the festival in 2012. Sniffing around I recognized that the domain name of www.oasisjazzawards.com expired on Sep 18 2011 02:40PM. Does someone know more?

LibraLady Member Registered: 10/20/01 Posts: 2531 Loc: Arlington, VA	My guess would be that we will not see the OASIS Awards anymore, or at least anytime soon. I'm sure there were enough legal and/or financial problems associated with the recent attempt to revive it that it would be very difficult, if not impossible, to try and bring it back. _________________________ All I ask of Fate is that the people she hurls into my life be amusing to one degree or another.
