According to Ticketmaster's site, next Saturday's "Jazz For Moms" show with Marcus Johnson, Norman Brown and Spyro at DAR Constitution Hall has been cancelled.

Bummer! That was a good line-up. But I think the fact that this was not really advertised, and the size of the venue may have played a part in that. Constitution Hall is a huge venue to fill. It has 3700 seats. Someplace like the Warner (2300 seats) or the Lincoln (2500 seats) or the Bowie PA Center, (not sure of the seating capacity) would have been more appropriate. I think that promoter was reaching with DAR.
