My wife and I went to New Orleans on 11-5-10 to see Spyro Gyra at Harrah's for our 30th Anniversary. It was so great to hear them live. We've been able to see them here in Baton Rouge over the years several times but had to take a few years off due to some serious medical issues. We're healed now and get back on the road when possible. The coolest gig I ever had the pleasure of attending was a Valentine's day night cruise on the Mississippi river. Spyro was playing and we had a front table. Cruising the Mississippi river at night from downtown New Orleans on the riverboat "President" with Spyro Gyra playing was absolutely a night we'll always remember.
