Will Roger Goodell be as heavy-handed with Ben Roethlisberger as he has with other player even though they were not charged in a criminal court? If Ben Rothlisberger is not suspended for at least two games, players like Brandon Marshall have the right to issue their grievances and Roger Goodell's ability to serve as a fair commissioner becomes questionable.

I don't see it as a racial issue. It's about holding ALL players accountable for their behavior, regardless of their salary.

It would be hard for Goodell to refute any charges that his decisions are unfair if he does not exact the same heavy-handed, above-the-law rulings to ALL players without regard for race, team standing, or profit margins.
