Does anyone own, or can suggest a good collection of Spyro Gyra Sheet Music? I already own "the best of spyro gyra" transcribed scores.

I couldn't find much specific to spyro gyra when I did a such other than some misc collection with a spyro tune or two (for example: the fake books or a hal leonard jazz collection).

I have the same "The Best of.." They didn't transcribe all the little minor details such as grace notes. But I'm a little picky and OCD about things.

I've looked as well and haven't found any. Their site says that they would have some posted, but apparently not yet, so you can keep checking on that. There is also their Facebook and MySpace pages that my have some.

What you could do, which I was thinking about doing, was going and transcribing for myself my favorite songs. I have to some extent, but I just wrote down the notes and memorized the rhythm. But that depends on how much time you have and or how much you want to play and for what instrument.

I saw a book years ago with songs from "Incognito" and "Morning Dance" in Ft. Lauderdale a t a store called "Peaches".

My best way has been playing them by ear and write down the most difficult parts!!!

I too am looking for sheet music for Spyro Gyra

I sent Jay an email but have yet to hear anything back.

I've been working on Down the Wire, guitar parts and am about 2/3 of the way thru

I use DMM which is not the best, but if you've got any musical training you can read and hear between the lines

When I have it done,,,I would be happy to put it out there for any players interested
