There are similarities but they are not the same. It is entirely constitutional for public health care options to be experimented with at a State level. It is NOT within the Federal Government's Constitutional limitations for them to experiment with national health care.

How can you speak about the medical care in that state? Also, you provide no proof of your statements about the constitution. In fact, you couldn't be more wrong.
