My wife had been bugging me to pick up his first cd that she had seen at the music store and I kept passing on it. For some reason did not make the baseball connection. As a White Sox fan I sort of turn a deaf ear and blind eye to anything Yankee. But in the end I gave in and got it and WOW was I suprised. Of course then I had to go find the new one after reading the posts here and again WOW. A different sound from much of the stuff in my collection and both discs will get a lot of spins. Even if he is an ex-Yankee...after all everyone has to have a fault or two!

Bernie is studying composition at SUNY (State university of NY. His Nokia Theatre concert was broadcast on the Yankees cable channel. One of the things I learned was that Bernie and His brother studied music as children. Bernie had to make the choice between music and baseball.

Bernie was on "Fox & Friends" this morning.
He'll also be at Capital One Bank Theatre at Westbury on September 25. I might be going, but I'm not sure at this point. It's selling out quickly, though.
