Thanks for the well wishes. I'm doing just fine. Not as stubborn as I used to be and my ears work a lot better at delivering messages to the brain.

Hey Terri;

I got the sketches to my engineers today. They actually seemed relieved to be able to work on something that's not work related. I am such a hard@$$ boss. They're good kids and I know they appreciate a departure from the grind now and then.

They have some loose ends to tie up for new products I need completed and photographed for our 2009 catalog. I need that to the printer by November 1st.

Anyway, it'll be a few days then I'll get them e-mailed for you guys to review. In the meantime, if anyone on here has any ideas of what they think would look cool in the logo, let me know, but be aware that I think we will probably have to avoid using images, or likenesses of Paul.

Let's see if I can describe what I think is my favorite one. First picture the earth green. Now add a stem to it and make it a musical note. Now place a saxophone in the center of the earth image. From the sax are musical notes on a scale that appear to wrap around the earth. At the top of and partially above the earth is an abstract peace dove, wings spread with a note in it's beak (as opposed to an olive branch). Kinda hard to describe, but hopefully the illustrations when completed will depict what I am after. A peaceful green earth as part of and surrounded by the music of Paul Taylor.

Billy,

I like what you described. Sounds interesting. I like the use of the saxophone. Are you using the words Paul Taylor Fan Club?

Thanks, Terri

I hope we can get the finished product to match what I envision. Then, I hope it's acceptable!
