The original sounded a lot like Cheryl Lynn's "Got to Be Real" so I decided to reatain the old school nature but bring in my new school influences.

I think it's okay sounding! The bass needs to be re-worked to match the vocals at the end of her verses though.

It uses the bass and keyboard parts from Cheryl Lynn's "Got to Be Real". I thought it would be a better tune if it had it's own sound. The synth leads were kinda weak.

I made another version of the song. This one has more of a dance groove but with a jazzy feel.
