I put this on the Ripps board, but in case anyone that didn't see it wants to help, I have a problem. I'm arranging Jewel Thieves and there is a chord that is killing me, (Mike, I'm with you on this one). Here's what I have so far:

Prechorus:
Fm11 / DbMaj7 / ***Ebsus4 or some other form of Eb*** / DbMaj7 / Fm11 / DbMaj7 / ***Ebsus4*** / EMaj9 / F# (maybe 6/9)

Chorus:
Abm9 / EMaj9 / Abm9 / EMaj9 / Abm9 / EMaj9 / F# / Ebmin

I think the mysterious Eb chord is really a Fm11/Eb (which really can be called an Ebsus13), the second one you were correct - it's a Ebsus4
