Well, it worked well for me. Usually I stand in front of my amp but I was positioned away from it due to a small stage so I could not gauge nor feel my sound. It's got some pop though. I have a bit more headroom with the 200 extra watts. It doesn't make a whole lotta difference in dbl's but it's nice that my cabs are now getting 250w a piece as opposed to 150w a piece with my 300w Hartke head which is also pretty loud. I still have to get used to the solid state/tube pre-amp sections and the 10 band eq. I'm more of a bass/mid/treble knob kinda guy. I will give a more detailed review after the next gig.
