not yet..I live in a low lying part of town and at the bottom of where my street slopes then goes back up so my across the street neighbor and I always get water all the way up to our front steps when it rains hard. One time we actually were floating around on rubber rafts in his yard. Both houses are off the ground but it still isnt really good for the foundations.
