Paul, great to see your new cd out. And it's great to see your forum here on the MagicIsland bbs. I caught you the last 2 two times you've been to Boston (the harbor boat 2 years ago and with the Rips last year at the Roxy where you may or may not remember me backstage asking you about your future solo career). Anyways, hope you can get to Boston this year and two big thumbs up to the sexiest sounding sax going. I really dig your sound and style.

Paul--I really love your new cd. I think I have worn out the "Pleasure Seeker" cd waiting for this cd to come out. I am thinking about coming to hear you play with the Rippingtons in DC in April. Will you play any of your songs from the new cd?

Paul, it is great to see the new web site and have you hear a Magic Island as well. I bought the new cd the day it came out and I agree with Shannon it is kick'in. But I have to dissagree on cut 5, my wife just loves that track and after 27-years of marriage I have discovered that that if I play something that puts her in a dreamy mood then I am too will be feeling much better as well!! Hope to catch you on tour this year, saw your solo performance at Navy Pier in Chicago and it was just great.

What I had told PT at some point, which holds very true is that I am the world's least romantic person. When a cuddle song comes on I hit the button fast!!! My motto: "Prickly, not cuddly". I even adoped the porcupine at the zoo here to affirm that point

Shannon: Point taken, did not mean to imply anything by my comments. I know where your tastes lie (mine are similar) I am just a sucker for a good romamatic ballad now and then. Having seen Paul on stage and the way he moves I know the slower tunes are a change of pace, and a nice one indeed in this case. Paul keep playing that great music and Shannon keep spining the hits, by the way we finally got some Flordia like temps up this way, for a day or two anyway.
