You have accomplished the most creative sound I've heard in years. Kudo's.

I am curious as to some of your recording techniques, specifically, the lack of using live bass guitar in many of your songs. How are your programmed percussion loops and bass lines produced? Are these sampled audio loops arranged to suite? If so, why don't you record using live bass and percussion?

I have a home studio where I play, record and
produce my music using many licence-free audio Cd's for bass and percussion because of my musical limitatons in those areas.

Since you have access to the best musicians,
I was very curious as to your recording preferences.

well rich...i've had success and feel comfortable recording the way i do, so i tend to stick w/ what works. usually on any given song i'm working on, the producer already has a killer bass line and sound already happening. each producer brings to the table his/her magic for making loops, baselines come to life. live percussion was used on Aerial, Movin' On, Code Blue and Looking Glass on "Undercover". thanks for your comments.
