Wow, it was awesome! For those of you that missed it, be VERY jealous. Paul is not only a superb musician and showman, he is a genuinely nice human being. I asked him to please come back to Jacksonville!

And after over 3 weeks of continual rain we had beautiful weather..

didn't he just TOTALLY TEAR IT UP. By the last few songs the only people who were still sitting down were the ones in casts or on crutches! Fabulous energy, incredible band, lots of the new songs and he pumped the older ones up a notch too.
All those people who heard him while they were walking by and were leaning on the fences didn't know what hit em. I had laughed at the promo the radio station ran that said "come spend a relaxing evening with Paul Taylor" but I guess "come see Paul Taylor and dance your a** off" is still a little too hip or too young fro the format as it is now but with artists like Paul,Mindi Abair, and Culbertson playin this music I think it's time to take it outta the grey zone!
I asked him to come back too..that way everybody that was there can bring their friends who wouldn't come because they said they didn't like "jazz".
Paul..you rock!

You've got some new fans, Paul! Today, I spoke with someone at work who attended last night's concert. He was absolutely enthralled by your performance. He can't understand why he hasn't paid more attention to you all of this time!

I know what you mean, Shannon. This was not just a relaxing 'smooth jazz' event. People were dancing!!!

It sounds like a good time was had by all! When PT comes to a city near me, I'll be steppin' out to see him on the horn.

I loved perfoming there....great audience! jacksonville beach rocks. hope we can return soon, annually or whatever. nice seeing you there, shannon. everyone had a great time and that's what I love to see!
