Hey Jazzylady, I have to go back and see what I was wearing, I don't remember. You have to remember I walked away that day with the perma-grin (I like that word, that's cute), so I have no idea what I was wearing. But if you were on stage I have pictures of you too. Now, I will have to go back and look at my pictures all that I have not wall paper yet. I had fun up there, it was great. Paul, was awesome. Welcome, to the island Jazzlady. Talk to you soon Pam

hey jazzylady, i'll be in row 6, left side of stage. still not sure who will fill the second seat. well, it's the initial getting me on stage that usually requires a little push or some persuading, but i really want to. but pam, jazzlady you're so right, once you're actually up there with paul, you forget everything else and the fun is on! it's something about that saxophone that draws you right on in. especially being right there in the midst. it's so easy for us to talk about it, but it's something the ladies have to experience at least once. you're guaranteed to walk away like this . it's apart of the show that i laugh the most. the whole experience is therapeutic and hey, it's not everyday i get serenaded. i think i just talked myself into this! "Freefall", one of my favorites too!

Hey Chandra, We'll be sitting close to each other (if we can manage to stay in our seats when everyone is dancin' in the aisles!) I would be happy to give you that little push The left side is actually closer to the steps which are on the left side of the stage, so you don't have to walk as far to get on stage. Glad you talked yourself into it! If you don't get up the nerve to go up for Deeper, pick any song you like....one lady at the Newporter show went up by herself for Pleasure Seeker. You take your pick & go girl!! Free Fall maybe? I have no doubt that PT will welcome you on stage anytime for a serenade. He takes special care of his BB friends...we read evidence of that all the time. Don't be shy...have fun & you know PT will have fun too! See you a week from tonight! JazzyLady

hey jazzylady! i had a taker for the long beach show who has been dying to see paul perform. then my niece calls me up and say's "auntie, i would looove to go to the jazz concert!" coming from a 12 year old that lives "hip hop" is a big shock and a big step. i really want to know her reaction when she finds out how "hip" paul is with jazz. she'll be celebrating her 13th birthday at the show and she loves to dance and is not ashamed. so we may all be dancing in the aisles. i feel terrible that i have to break the news to my friend tommorrow . she did say if my niece really wanted to go it was ok, but i know deep down she really wanted to come. she loves paul taylor and whenever i go by her desk, his music is on. paul only has two shows left this year. i feel like i'm in a tug of war! i have to figure out something.

Hey Mandi, Me too, I'm excited for them I can't wait to hear about the show. How's the practice going? I will attend my last piano lesson this coming monday. It was a six week b-b-b-beginners lessons, and it was fun. I learned a lot in six weeks. Now, I still can't play like Ramsey Lewis, Jeff Lober, Elton John, nor Keiko Matsui. I do hear a little of Thelonious Monk, or Eubie Blake sometime when I play , nah, just messin' I respect their work to the upmost. I would like to take the next session but I have class this fall and I will take this time to practice on my own and develope what I have learned, at my own pace. Hey Ars, I take it you didn't make the ripps. show out at Dupont park either, huh? I really wanted to go and see them that night. Did you get to watch the Red Skins? If possible, please, put your acidplanet address up again? I want to see if I can tune in to it. Thank you Talk to you Pam
