I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the concert last night in Philly! It was one of the best I have ever been to. I have been a long time fan of Gerald Albright and Jeff Lorber but yesterday. I decided to add Paul Taylor to that list! He was simply amazing! I look forward to many more PT concerts!

Hello Flowergirl,

Welcome

Paul is simpy amazing he took my breath away the first time I heard him live. I was hoping to hear from someone that attended the philly concert. The G4G concert is one of the best and a great tribute to Grove Washington, Jr.

Peace

Janet

Hi Flowergirl and Welcome to BBS!

Yep...we all agree...you just have to talk about it when you go to a concert where Paul performs. It's definitely a "Groovin" experience..a memorable one at that!

Did you take any pictures of Paul while you were there you'd like to share?

In any event, I'm glad you enjoyed the concert. My thoughts were there in Philly while it was going on.

Thanks for sharing! \:\)

Peace...
MissyAnn

Hi Flowergirl and welcome to the bb, \:\)

Glad to hear you where at and liked the show. Yes, the G4G show is a good show. I really enjoyed them too, it's nice to see all that talent on one stage at one time. Like MissyAnn I too thought about the show that night too. If it had been on the weekend, I don't know I may have taken a trip to Philly.
Stay tune, you ain't seen nothing yet, wait til' you see Paul with his band, they be slammin'. \:\) Pam

Quote by Neicie [Newbie] from Philly: i wanted to add another comment about monday's show in philly. it was dynamite!!! one of the best iv'e seen. the audience loved them. there were several standing ovations! it was good to see paul. i met all the guys after the show and i told paul that i don't see him in this area often enough and i want to see him with his band. i love his music! i wonder if he got that philly cheesesteak that he wanted.
Hi Neicie and Welcome to BBS! How exciting that you met all the guys especially Paul. Cool guy, huh?...and I don't blame you for loving his music...I love it too!!! So Paul wanted to grub on some Philly cheesesteak... \:\) ... now hearing that has my taste buds going...

Paul

Hey Everyone! Thanks so much for the welcome! I think I am going to like it here...You all are a classy bunch of fans...but what else can you expect from an artist like Paul Taylor. I wasn't able to get any pictures of him in Philly......But I am not worried it will not be the last PT show! I look forward to hanging here and learning more about PT and the folks here! Again thanks for the welcome!

BSS = Bulletin Board System
Most BBS are devoted to a particular subject, like this one is devoted to Paul Taylor.
It is valued because of its ability to foster a sense of community, such as this one.

Hope that helps.

Save yourself a few trips to the store and get them all! Start out with "Steppin' Out" if you just want a lil something to get you started.

Ditto Mandi,
You said it,
Flowergirl, you must have the entire PT collection, and check Paul with other artist stuff too. For example; His recording with the Rippingtons, Keiko & Kazu Matsui, Steve Reid, and Craig Chaquido just to name a few \:\)
