I see your point but it's just too smooth for me! Give me fusion any day or just some straight up Funky/R&B/Slap bass'n grooves! Besides getting a payday, I wonder how AWB felt about these versions of their hits?! Stuart Hamish just had to cringe a bit! ;\)

On Jeff Golub, I came across a tape at my uncle's house over easter that was just labeled, Jeff Golub. It looked like it was old. I listened to it driving back to school a few weeks back, and it sounds like a total rocker. Anyone know if he had any late 80's recordings? Also I thought his 'Out of the Blue' recording was pretty good, had sort of a bluesy live feel to it.
