Someone gave me a tape the other day that had a group of songs by a band called Casiopea. The stuff is really killer. I researched them on the net and discovered even their newer stuff has a "rock" sound to it. Lots of horns and guitar. Anybody else no anything about these guys?

I have a vinyl stored away somewhere....I want to say that it is titled "Zoom"....my memory tells me that I liked some of it quite a lot....but there must have been some pedestrain stuff on it or I would have invested in another Casiopea record....I'd like to find someone who has all of their records, and I'd bet I could mix a very good sampler tape from songs from all the records.

Peace!
Paul

My cousin, who served 8 years (AF) in Japan hipped me to them years ago. I would consider them T-Square on steroids!! Akira Jimbo was a part of that band. I saw a video of them circa late 80's-early 90's and they even had a dance choreography as part of their act.
