I just experienced my first Spyro concert. The concert was held outdoors at the Monterey Plaza Hotel overlooking the Monterey Bay.

WOW!!!!

I expected a great time with great music. What I got exceeded my expectations. The Monterey Peninsula, my beautiful wife, outstanding music, respectful crowd, great weather. It doesn't get any better than than that. Tom Schumann has to be one of the most talented musicians playing. Julio was so full of personality and wonderful sounds. Scott and Joel did respective solos that completely captivated us...and what can I say about Jay? He truly is the one that brings all of this together. What an incredible musician. What an incredible day.

(Adding to the day was that we were in the 5th row, center)

Eril,
I didn't take notes and this feeble little mind has limited RAM, however here is what I remember...

Old San Juan
Cayo Hueso (This song absolutely brought the house down)
Solo Jams with Scott and Joel
Morning Dance
Goodbye Pork Pie Hat (Eye Contact)
Another Cut from Eye Contact
Silk and Satin
Got the Magic
Groovin With Grover (On upcoming new release)
De La Luz
Encore: Breakfast At Igors

This was what I remembered and close to the order they were played.

Incidently, the other "Eye Contact" cut they played was Monsoon.

Outstanding.
