On both my CD and vinyl copies of Incognito, Steve Gadd is credited as playing drums on ALL tracks. However, when I checked the official Spyro web site, Joel Rosenblatt is credited as playing drums on the album. There is no mention of Steve Gadd at all.

Whats up with that?

I'd say that Web site information you read was either incorrect or you misread it.
Joel didn't join the group until around 1990-91. Incognito was released in 1982.
