My 10 megapixel Nikon had a meltdown at Scullers on Friday night; the shutter locked and I had to send it back to Nikon. JumpstartJazz had a show in CT on Saturday, so I returned home... and on my way home, I bought a 12 megapixel Nikon. (the $$$ made me weep. )

What you see in the image is the difference that 2 megapixels of data can make. The image is sharper - and I used the same lens - and the colors are more vivid.

Yes, Scullers is great... I've been going there for about 15 years.

If you look on their website, there's a display of pics that refreshes every 10 seconds or so. I shot the picture of Russ & Kim Stone in August of 2006.

I have more pics - from NJ on Nov 7 and Scullers on the 8th.... but I'm a little backed up with some "paying" jobs, so I'll probably get to the rest of the Ripps pics over the weekend.
